Voilà! is a mobile and web portal that facilitates communication between citizens and their municipality. This smart city platform centralizes most municipal services into a personalized citizen portal. Enter the era of municipal intelligence with Voilà!
By creating your personalized citizen account, you will quickly access the information you are interested in and the services you need such as:
- View and pay municipal tax bills;
- Apply for permits;

Create Your Account
Creating your user account is as simple as saying Voilà!
You need a valid email address and an address within the municipality of Pontiac.

How to receive your tax account online
To receive your municipal tax account online, you must first create a Voilà account and add your property.

1. Create your account on the Voilà Citizen Portal – click here to access
3. Associate your tax account using the information provided on your most recent paper tax bill.*
By choosing to receive your next tax account electronically, you will no longer receive a paper annual tax bill starting in 2027. An email notification will be sent to inform you when your tax bill is available on the citizen Web Voilà! portal.
*New property owners must wait until they receive their first annual tax bill before they can register for the online tax account service.
Important – Receiving Your Paper Tax Account
Would you like to view your tax bill online while continuing to receive it by mail? Simply do not to check the option “Receive my tax accounts online only”.
If you prefer to receive your tax bill electronically only, simply check the option “Receive my tax accounts online only”.
Payment methods
Registration on the Voilà portal does not alter your municipal tax payment methods.
The payment methods remain unchanged.
