Create Your Account

Creating your user account is as simple as saying Voilà!

You need a valid email address and an address within the Municipality of Pontiac.

How to receive your tax account online

To receive your municipal tax account online, you must first create a Voilà account and add your property.

A step-by-step guide is available to assist you. You will also find the illustrated steps below.

1. Create Your Account on the Voilà Citizen Portal (click here to access)

2. Click on “Property” to view your properties or add a new one. Enter the civic number or roll number and suggestions will appear. Select your property when it appears in the list.

You must have a tax bill on hand for the following steps.

3. Associate your tax account : click on “+ Add a tax account”.

Payment methods

Registration on the Voilà portal does not alter your municipal tax payment methods.

The payment methods remain unchanged.
