Letter to organizations

La Municipalité demande certaines informations auprès de l’organisme ou l’association.  En plus de fournir un numéro d’entreprise du Québec valide, les formulaires suivants doivent être remplis et retournés au bureau municipal :

 

Associations must obtain two (2) tenders from contractors (when estimated at over $1,000) for any work required and must forward them to the municipal office.

  • Culture
  • Socio-community

Eligibility criteria

 

  • Have a legal status as a legally constituted non-profit organization (registered with the Registraire des entreprises du Québec)
  • Have up-to-date by-laws, have an activity report of the organization, have financial statements according to recognized accounting principles
  • Ensure sound management according to generally accepted principles, including holding a civil liability insurance policy
  • Be governed by a democratically elected Board of Directors and governed by Bylaws
  • Have your head office in the Municipality of Pontiac, or have your head office in either the MRC des Collines or the MRC Pontiac and devote at least 14% of your mission within the municipality's territory
  • Have a mission or a project that is in line with one of the municipality's strategic orientations in terms of recognition of organizations (PALSIS, MADA, family policy)
  • Have submitted a completed application with all required documents. (Membership Form and Budget Forecast Form)

An organization that does not meet any of these criteria may receive support through a special agreement with the municipality.
